The Technical Officer will provide SBC & Technical support for program activities including community mobilization; mentor and monitor stakeholders engagements at all levels down to the household level; ensure project activities are documented and reported.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Health, Social Sciences, Population or related field.
- Three years of experience in implementing Social and Behaviour Change interventions.
- Demonstrate knowledgeable practice of working with districts, non-governmental and community-based organizations as well as government departments.
- Must have experience working at the community level to implement SBC interventions.
- Have excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work as a team player.
- Demonstrate good interpersonal communication skills.
- Good presentation and writing skills.
- Computer skills of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
