The Manager – Financial Advisory should independently and efficiently be able to perform and oversee financial advisory engagements which include business valuations, financial projections, feasibilities, due diligence etc.
We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, committed and highly talented individuals who will go beyond business as usual to deliver a different experience for our people, clients, communities and member firms.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance Management, Commerce or related field.
- CPA/ ACCA/CFA qualification or its equivalent. Possess advanced knowledge of international valuation standards, IFRS and Tax laws.
- At least five years of relevant experience on the above services to all industry sectors with track record of knowledge building.
- Experience of dealing with development banks, commercial banks and P/E firms shall be an added advantage.
- Advanced knowledge on development of business plans and use of sophisticated tools for financial modelling.
