The Jubilee Insurance Ltd is seeking agents to sell various Life insurance packages.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

You are required to undertake the following duties directed by the Supervising Officer.

  • Generate leads and Sales of laboratory equipment
  • Maintain and monitor existing customers.
  • Recruit new customers to increase the customer base.
  • Maintain good relationships and contact with customers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Carry out market analysis from time to time or as requested by the line manager or management.
  • Reach out to Health Facilities and other medical professionals through both offline and online means and develop constructive relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts with prospective clients taking care of terms of the agreement and post-contract formalities.
  • Knowledgeable about the product offerings, services and unique benefits provided by competitors and other relevant companies.
  • Work closely with departments of purchase, sales, operations and strategy to implement effective plans and strategies.
  • Analyse market trends and conditions to understand where opportunities for networking and business-building may arise.
  • Write technical report/machines (Inspection report) upon receiving the items.
  • In house sales on Laboratory Equipment.
  • Follow up on customers about the quotation.
  • Give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients. Continuing Medical Education (CMEs)
  • Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  • Answer client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
  • Carry out other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The ideal applicant must hold a Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degrees in Laboratory Technician/Technology.
  • Biomedical Engineer with IVD (vitro diagnostic device) Equipment Comprehensive Training would be an added advantage.
  • Comprehensive Computer Skills.
  • Previous experience working in sales of Medical equipment especially in Laboratory with minimum of 1(One) year working experience.
