Pangea Educational Development Vacancy 2023 – Business Development Associate

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify & prospect new business opportunities to sell the expanding portfolio of Pangea Publishing products while promoting Panagea Publishing’s brand identity throughout Uganda.
• Maintain existing business through regular communication and relationship management to cultivate further opportunities with existing customers.
• Represent Pangea Publishing in publishing and educational events to create awareness about Pangea Publishing products.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Contributing to product development through market feedback reports, identifying opportunities for new products, and making any market information available to the Pangea Publishing Production team
• Serve as coordinator & logistics support to the Country Director through the fulfilment of sales as requested within the region

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The ideal applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in the following fields: Business, Marketing, Education or related area – Preferred
• At least two years experience in a business development or sales role – Required
• Superior oral and written communication skills in English – Required
• Computer fluency and understanding Google Suite – Required
