Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Overall financial administration with month-end closings and proper cost allocation between the different Xclusive entities
- Monthly reporting to the different departments and to the management
- Organizing the annual financial audit
- Development and execution of checks and balances within the organization
- Cashflow management
- Management of all tax related queries and dealing with URA
- Payroll management
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or Commerce
- At least five years proven experience in a reputable organization.
- CPA or ACCA qualified
- Knowledge of accounting software (preferably QB Online) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
