CUT Monitoring and Evaluation Admission Requirements
- Any recognised 360-credit (NQF level 6) qualification or higher.
- Recognition of prior learning (RPL) (conditions apply).
- Minimum three years working experience (work-integrated learning excluded).
- A minimum average of 55% for final-year diploma subjects.
- Preference is given to those working in the M&E environment.
Optional Instructional Offerings
- All instructional offerings are compulsory.
Credit Transfer Policy
- Credit transfer through the recognition of subjects passed at the required NQF7 level is allowed, subject to other CUT rules that include, amongst others, at least a 75% content coverage of the CUT-equivalent subject.
- Per CUT’s RPL policy (8.2d), a maximum of 39% credit transfers can be granted to a candidate because the modules are pitched on exit level of NQF level 7.
The Advanced Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation meets the minimum entry requirements of a cognate Postgraduate Diplomas. For example, the CUT’s Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management and Postgraduate Diploma in Entrepreneurial Management.
