How to Request for Transcript at UP

University of Pretoria, UP Academic Record means a transcript, diploma, or grade report. An academic Record means an official document showing the marks/grades obtained by the applicant and where it is the norm, the final grade/classification.

How to Request Academic Records at UP

You can request your academic record via the Academic transcripts Page, here is what to do.

STEP 1:

Login to Academic Transcripts Page

STEP 2:

All requests for the verification of qualifications obtained at the University of Pretoria please click the following link https://veri.up.ac.za;

STEP 3:

Under ‘Student and Alumni’, log into your document dashboard to order your academic transcript.

STEP 4:

Click on Register

STEP 5:

Fill in your details, that is your

• Email Address
• Username
• Password
• Confirm Password

STEP 6:

After this click on ‘NEXT’ and follow up on the page information till completion.
