Below is the step-by-step guide to assist you on how to get a PDF format of your National Service Certificate.

To get a PDF copy, you have to print the page as a PDF. If you are using windows 10, you usually have the print to PDF option in your printing menu. Here is how.
STEP 1:
On the certificate preview page click on “CTRL+ P “. Thus press and hold the control key on your keyboard and press the “P” key on your keyboard. This is the shortcut for “Print”.
STEP 2:
On the print, menu selects “Microsoft Print To PDF” in the destination option.
STEP 3:
After selecting “Microsoft Print To PDF” in the destination option, click on print.
STEP 4:
Navigate to the folder you want to save the national service certificate PDF and click on save.
This will save the national service certificate as a PDF for you to use for any online job application.
PLEASE NOTE:
If you do not have windows 10, search and install any print to PDF software for browsers.
