The Nairobi Institute Of Business Studies, NIBS Students applying to Undergraduates, Postgraduate, Diploma, Masters programs, etc must meet the following criteria in order to be considered for admission.

- Copy of K.C.S.E Result slip or a Certificate or Equivalent.
- National ID Card or Birth Certificate.
- 2 Passport-sized photographs.
