How to Apply Online for Unisa 2024
You can apply online for your selected courses, Here are the steps to guide you through.
STEP 1:
With the internet equipped with a rich connection, navigate to the Unisa Online Application Portal.
Scroll down till you reach where it is “Online Application”
Please note that you must apply for admission for a new qualification. If you qualify for admission, and if offered a space, you must accept the offer within the prescribed period before you will be able to register.
STEP 2:
The Selection Page.
If you want to apply for admission towards an Undergraduate/Honours qualification or a Master’s/Doctoral qualification, simply tick an option button given.
As well, if you already applied for admission and would like to upload your documents (if you haven’t done so already) or pay for the Unisa application, you can do so.
Still, on the same portal, If you already applied for admission and would like to track the status of your application, accept an offer of admission or appeal the decision where admission was declined, you can easily take a chance.
Always remember that you can only perform one task at a time, therefore, lay your focus on solving one problem before going to solve another problem.
STEP 3
Student Number.
This page is where you will be asked “Do you already have a student number?”, make a fitting choice.
If you tick YES, it means you have gotten a student number already and you are proceeding to apply.
Complete the Application for Admission Form:
- Use your Unisa student number/application reference number and complete the information.
Submit Your Supporting Documents:
- Use your Unisa student number/application reference number and submit the necessary documents for admission.
And if you tick NO, it means that you are a first-time applicant and that you do not have a student number.
For first-time applicants, you’ll be directed to a portal where you’ll provide your;
- Surname / Last name
- First name(s) / Forename(s)
- Date of birth.
Have you previously applied or registered at Unisa for a formal qualification and have forgotten your student number, please click HERE.
Confirmation of Qualifications Selected:
- You’ll be asked to select your preferred qualification and check that you meet the admission requirements.
- after that, you’ll have to confirm and crosscheck that you have chosen the preferred qualification, then click on ‘continue’
